Allison M. Liddell, M.D.

Dr. Allison Liddell was born in Dallas, Texas. She attended the University of Texas in Austin and graduated cum laude with a degree in Pharmacy. She worked as a pharmacist before she decided to pursue a career as a physician. Dr. Liddell earned her medical degree from UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. Her internship and residency were completed at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri where he served as chief resident. She completed her medical training at Washington University School of Medicine, also in St. Louis, as a fellow in Infectious Diseases in clinical and research settings.

Dr. Liddell currently serves as Chief of the Department of Infectious Diseases at Texas Health Resources Presbyterian Dallas where she is also dedicated to teaching and is a faculty member of the Internal Medicine Residency Program and serves as Chair of the Committee to Evaluate Clinical Competency. Dr Liddell is the Medical Director of Infection Control at Texas Health Presbyterian Plano and the Assistant Medical Director of Infection Control Texas Health Resources Presbyterian Dallas. She is the currently Medical Director of Infection Control at both Integra Hospital of Plano and Texas Institute for Surgery in Dallas. She is also a member of the Pharmacy &Therapeutics Committee of Texas Health Presbyterian Plano.

Dr. Liddell has been named as D Magazines Best Doctors in infectious diseases since 2004.
